Henry Guthrie

Henry, from New Zealand, has been working in property and project management for over half a decade in many areas around the world. He has managed properties ranging from residential to commercial high-rise to industrial. He has the experience of managing over 900 properties in his career to date which has provided him with the experience and technical knowledge to effectively manage any situation which may arise. Henry is very hard working and fully committed to his clients best interests.

Tatsuto Ihara

Tatsuto, from Japan, fluent in Japanese and English specialises in managing ski resort lodging and has a wealth of experience in this area. His value is found in maximising the occupancy rate and economy of assets we manage with proven results. With a background in architecture focused in seasonal resort areas, Tatsuto has the technical knowledge to consult on new construction and renovations as well as the ability to effectively act as an intermediary between the client and the construction company.
